Important Dates

Claims Deadline
Monday, July 6, 2026
You must submit a valid Claim Form to get benefits from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online or, if mailed, postmarked no later than July 6, 2026.
Opt-Out Deadline
Monday, July 6, 2026
Get out of the Settlement. Get no benefits. Keep your rights. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue the Defendant about the claims in this Action. You will not get any benefits from the Settlement. Your request to exclusion must be postmarked no later than July 6, 2026.
Objection Deadline
Monday, July 6, 2026
Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved. Objections must be postmarked no later than July 6, 2026.
Final Approval Hearing
Monday, August 10, 2026
The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on August 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County, Florida, 175 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33128.

This Settlement website is authorized by the Court, supervised by counsel for the Parties, and controlled by the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court. This is the only authorized website for this case.
